The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) believes that Taiwan can become a great working partner with India. That’s the word from TAITRA Chairman James Huang on Thursday at the opening of the Taiwan Expo in New Delhi, India.
Huang said Taiwan is not only in India for its trade. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said earlier in the year that investing in India means investing in the future. Modi subsequently announced the policies of Make in India, Digital India and Green India. Huang said Taiwan has the supply chain for the needs of India in those areas.
Taiwan is exhibiting its smart cities, electric cars, green technology, health care and culture tourism in India. He said 130 Taiwanese companies are displaying their newest technology and products.
